Averey Ruble is an associate attorney with McCormally & Cosgrove, PLLC. Averey was born and raised in Indianola, Iowa. She graduated Simpson College in her hometown and received her Bachelors in Psychology and Spanish in 2020.  While at Drake she was a student attorney in the Children’s Rights Clinic, Student Ambassador and Treasurer of the Health Law Club. Averey was a Law Clerk for the Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Division and an AmeriCorps Participant for Iowa Legal Aid and Volunteer Lawyers Project. She graduated May 2023 and was admitted to the Bar in September 2023. Averey earned certificates in Business Law, Public Service, Constitutional Law and Civil Rights, and Social Justice and Public Interest.

After graduating in 2023 Averey worked as an Associate Attorney at another local firm before joining McCormally and Cosgrove, PLLC in 2024. Averey is dedicated to a general practice that includes family law and real estate.
